Welcome to Dynastrr (“Service,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Dynastrr. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@fantasyforger.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

The core fantasy league features are provided free of charge. Certain advanced features (including Commissioner Pro and the AI Add-on) require a paid subscription. Paid subscriptions are governed by the additional terms presented at checkout and are billed through our payment processor, Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, with or without notice.
You retain ownership of any content you submit (league names, team names, custom rules, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and use that content to operate the Service.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms (ESPN, Sleeper, MFL, Fantrax, OpenAI, Stripe). We are not responsible for the practices or content of those platforms. Your use of third-party features is subject to the respective third-party terms of service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DYNASTR AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) FIFTY DOLLARS ($50) OR (B) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dynastrr and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email or via an in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
