Dynastrr (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

1. Information We Collect

Account information: username, email address, and password (stored as a secure hash).

Profile information: display name, timezone, theme preference, and notification settings you choose to provide.

League and gameplay data: league settings, team names, roster information, scoring rules, draft picks, trade history, and chat messages you create within the Service.

Third-party credentials (optional): ESPN account cookies (espn_s2 and SWID) that you voluntarily provide to enable ESPN league imports. These are encrypted at rest and never shared with third parties other than ESPN’s own API.

Payment information: Billing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or bank account details on our servers. We store your Stripe Customer ID to manage your subscription.

Usage data: server logs including IP address, browser type, pages visited, errors, and request timestamps. This data is used to diagnose issues and improve the Service.

Cookies: We use session cookies to keep you logged in and CSRF tokens for security. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
  • To send transactional emails (league invites, trade notifications, billing receipts) from no-reply@fantasyforger.com.
  • To send service announcements and account security alerts.
  • To process payments through Stripe.
  • To pass relevant league data to OpenAI’s API when you use AI-powered features (AI Add-on subscribers only). We send the minimum context needed and do not use your data to train OpenAI models.
  • To diagnose and fix errors (error reports are sent internally to errorsupport@fantasyforger.com).
  • To comply with legal obligations.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

  • Stripe — to process payments.
  • OpenAI — to power AI features when you have an active AI Add-on subscription.
  • SendGrid / SMTP provider — to deliver transactional emails.
  • Legal authorities — if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights or the safety of users.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion we may retain certain records for up to 90 days for fraud prevention and legal compliance, after which they are purged. Anonymized aggregate statistics may be retained indefinitely.

5. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit, hashed passwords, encrypted credential storage, and CSRF protection. No transmission over the internet is 100% secure; you use the Service at your own risk.

6. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13. If we learn we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete that information promptly.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.
  • Data portability (export of your league data).

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify users of material changes by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
